This always works for me: Sprinkle cornstarch or baby powder on the grease stain, rub it in with a soft washcloth (or a soft brush), let sit for a few minutes, & then wash. The cornstarch/baby powder dries it out & soaks out the grease w/o destroying the color or fabric. Good luck!

The best thing I have found is called Fels Naptha. It comes in a bar, and you'll find it in the laundry soap aisle. Usually, I just rub some of the bar over the stain, after wetting the bar, and launder. Especially stubborn grease spots may require more than one treatment, or you can take a knife and shave some of the soap into warm water, the warmer the better, and let it soak.

Brown paper (used for parcels) is good for grease spots, when used with an iron.

grease spots are usually the easiest things for dry cleaners to get out. (Unless its been in there for a really long time) So I would advice at least taking it to a dry cleaners to ask what they can do for you.

The best thing that I have used is Lestoil. It has gotten every stain out our clothing. The downside is the smell is not the best, but it really works!

Coca-Cola works. Also, you can try Mean Green. It is available at Family Dollar and Dollar General. It will get virtually any stain out.

Tell me what kind of grease, and I'll tell you how to remove it.
Is it organic (as in cooking oil, butter, etc...) or is it inorganic (as in motor oil, etc...)?
