In Bold & The Beautiful, how did Taylor Hayes-Forrester come back from the dead?

I haven't watched B&B for quite some time and all of a sudden I turn on the TV and she is there.

Oh, it was some hokey story about her being in a coma in another country (Italy, I think). When she came out of it she sort of stalked Ridge for awhile and he thought she was a ghost before she finally revealed herself to be alive and well. Judging by her appearance, she had a lot of plastic surgery while she was in that coma.

I don"t like her she thinks she is it.And her lips looks like she"s been hit in the mouth.
