That's Deery Lou by Sanrio (the company that makes Hello Kitty). There used to be a whole line of different colored ones.

wow! I looked everywhere...the only thing even close was on Ebay ...I typed in "pink deer" and there was a necklace that looked soooo close to your doll...it was called kitsch...also Disney has some antique bambi deer that kinda looks like it too. GOOD LUCK!! How old is it...could it be from Ren and Stimpy ...I'm not making fun of it ...but the eyes look bloodshot.
