I've asked this before, but not directly. I've had a stinging sensation, for awhile now, while I urinate. It only stings -- and it isn't even that much -- at the start of urination and sometimes a few seconds longer.

I've noticed it doesn't matter if my urine is clear or a little yellow (I have issues with drinking water). A couple weeks ago, I got a Upper Respitory Infection (URI) and a skin infection, so I was perscribed Cephalexin. It is used for upper respitory infections (URI), skin infections, and UTIs.

I was hoping, if it was an UTI, the medication would resolve the sting. Sadly it hasn't... well, it went down but I haven't been able to take the medication at the right times due to odd hours.

Then day after having sex, it "stung", for a little bit off and on, along with aching testicles. That was a first and has gone away, since then.

My question, lol: What could be causing this? (Note: I don't have any health insurance [America sucks] and little money)

Sounds like you have a dose of the clap (though, to be honest, you're describing applause).

The antibiotic you're describing may not cover the specific organism you have, so go get checked. Don't y'all have sexual health clinics? Oh, and use a condom, both before and after you're treated (and maybe tell any recent partners to get checked out)
