NOT AT ALL.
After all its not a language of Indian Origin. Every Indian should learn his/her mother-tongue rather and be able to communicate well without any errors. English is a secondary language which must also be learnt for survival!!. Don't you think that you also make mistakes in using your mother-tongue? or is there a day in your life when you never used even a single english word amidst your mother-tongue?
I have seen parents interacting only in english with their children and those children making grave errors in the very same language when they come to school.
So there is nothing to get frustrated for a broken english. No written law says that one's english (only) should be good.

No, at least they're trying. I hate seeing people that have enough brains to know what 'broken english' is, and yet still can't be arsed writing 'u' instead of you and 'c' instead of see.
Jesus, it's not that hard to spell a word, stupid.

Yes!But We Should Not.Because it is not necessary that everyone is good at english. Many of my freinds don't have good English but it doesn't means that I should show frustration.

no...
i personally have no problem with esl speakers- its the people who were born here (and, presumably, educated) who dont have the courtesy to spell or use spellcheck that should be launched into the sun.
