He can't be arrested for getting you pregnant, he can get arrested for having sex with you. It's statutory rape if you're under 18.

It all depends in what state you live in some places allow 16 and 17 year olds to have sex with people a maximum of 10 years older than
them. But then there is other places such as Georgia that if you have sex with a 17 year old and you are older than 21 you have a mandatory satutory rape sentece of 10 years or more.
Well then the answer to your question from what I gathered is No as long as you are 17 and you are taking a willing part in sexual activities. But you can read this source for exact information on the statutory rape laws and age of concent stuff.

17, he can be arrested, thats statutory rape. 18 legally is okay. But why in the hell would you want to get pregnant so young?

i think the legal age is 17 but i dont think he can get on trouble as long as her parents dont start no mess with the cops

long as you mom and dad dont put charges on him and the hosp dont know his age your fine. let the baby keep your name till you turn 18 then have it change what my friend did anyway.
