why do they come out im only 14 ,male and i havent had any sex so it cant be std can it

If you mean those small pink bumps that are like barely noticable, a lot of people have them. Or, it could possibly be spots where hair is going to grow out, if that hasn't happened already. (Yes I know by your age you WOULD, but theres a chance it might be above your testicles.) If its neither of the which, you should ask your parents or a docter. However, I don't think you could possibly have STDs.

Might just be hair follicles. If you've not gotten them yet, you should expect to get pubic hairs growing on your scrotum (nut sack). Best thing to do is ask a medical expert, especially if you are feeling any kind of symptoms like pain or fever. Cannot be STD if you've not been having sex.

OH MY GWAD! You better get to the doc's real quick like, ifyou don't get the right meds them things are gonna turn black and fall off!
(BTW it could just be a heat rash, try wearing boxers and use a bit of baby powder down there)
