It's still got to be Kathleen Turner for me - grew up on her films in the 80s and after seeing her on the London stage in 'Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, I was blown away by her amazing performance... I prefer the 'old school' actresses to the new and younger ones - they have LOADS more talent.
