Well, if you are of the african american descent or some other dark complected nationality, I would say you have nothing to worry about. I went to school with a guy who was white caucasion and had a really dark penis. It doesn't really mean anything. Try to look on the bright side, when you go out on a date it might be a good conversation piece to get you laid.

It depends...it is normal for a male's genitalia to be a different pigment from the rest of his body. If you are healthy, don't worry about it, just learn to love all of you. If it's bugging you that much, see a doctor.
