well if you have beautiful eyes, keep them the way they are, but for a pale face, you can use some bronzer to give you a bit of a more tanned look, but dont choose a shade that differs from yourskintone horribly. keep to a more natural and believable color.

If you are fair skinned (I am, I'm a redhead) use foundation that is one or two shades darker than your skin tone. It will give you some color without making your face look like a mask. Don't use dark blush or lipsticks. Go for medium tones. I do a "peaches and cream" look a lot.

Remember, less is more and you want to aim for a natural look.

for brown eyes go for the following colors: purples, navy, forrest green, charcoal grey, shimmery brown-- a really great key is to get a thin brush like Sonia Kashuk's smudger brush and use it to apply shadow to the bottom of your eye as well--that way you can get that Hilary Duff/Nicole Richie eye going on..idk if you know what I mean--then apply Full N'Soft mascara from Maybelline [it's simply the best]
Another cool thing would be liquid eyeliner..try MAC's fluidline and get the angled eyebrow brush from sephora [9bucks] to apply it..it's awesome, lasts all day even on the oiliest lids
Also if you ever watch the Devil Wears Prada, check out Anne Hathaway's make up in that movie--probably would go with your coloring

well you seem beautiful try using the following shades which look great on your brown eyes..brown hair/.....

so i can tell you a combination to use in college it is golden shadow with black liner and brown mascara.

you can use brown lipgloss with the upper combination or silver shine ,,,,,,,,and peachy blush will be fine...

you can use pink with black liner and plumish mascara. cause u should change colors as well as the combination and with this u can put light pink or plum lipglss and lighty pink blush but if u want blush it should be light.........

well as you now neutral colours so go with all ppl. so try them too
so try them plzzzzzzzzzzz

well i should say you have a pretty good avator. nice

well my opinion is in the fall you could wear pink lipstick and with a gloss with mascara or learn to use your eyeliner on your top eye lid from the corner to the corner preferably a brown that is your color of your hair in the winter i would go with a mulberry color its dark burgandy brown lipstick very warm with black eyeliner and mascara very calm but sexy
