mistakes shouldn't make us hate ourselves because it is inevitable..it's always gonna be there..there is no one person that lived perfectly..that have not committed or have done any mistakes..if you only think about not making mistakes to feel great and not hate yourself..loving yourself then that's not gonna make you or your life any better..accepting and embracing it is the best thing to do..

Most definitely I do...and you have to in order to be a complete person. Regardless of what you might think... you have value. You need to discover yourself so that you can gain your self respect and dig inside and pull out your pride and dignity.
You can do this by lying down, get as relaxed as you can and slowly thinking back into your childhood...as far back as you can remember and recall your entire life up to the present time. Take your time and don't rush. This can take several dayes. Doing this will let you know the reasons you have the fears and faults that make you feel inferior. It will also tune you in on your strong points, your desires and your values. Once you face your weaknesses you can overcome them and make yourself a better person.
Remember..no one is perfect. Love yourself no matter what and always strive to be better. Start with the golden rule."Do not do anything to anyone that you wouldn't want done to you. Give respect to others and if you cannot respect them, don't hang around them. Do not droop and start walking erect and holding your head high. If you make a mistake and realize it, forgive yourself and learn from that experience.
This will work! Just give it a try.
