LIFE!!!!!! Death is a passing from one life to another if you believe in God. If you don't then it is just a passing into nowhere and there will be nothing including hostility. If you believe and are blessed enough to be a Christian there is joy forever. In life, there is always disappointment, sickness, death of loved ones, feelings getting hurt. Loving someone who can't love back the same way, bills, taxes, and people who have been elected to tell you what to do when you know more about needs to be done than them. Get the picture. One thing I have found out though. The deeper the pain and hurt, the greater the love and happier you are when you are having a good day. People who have never hurt deeply and been worried to the point of just about losing their mind have nothing to contrast the good times to in order to totally appreciate the awesomeness of life. Smell the flowers, watch the miracle of a gentle breeze blowing through the leaves on the trees and think what thought went into such a beautiful creation just for us to enjoy. You can find beauty in just about anything if you look at it in a positive way. Who knows, maybe hostility is just a way of thinking.

is death hostile? death is a cessation of one state and the beginning of another. it is not either hostile or pacivist. it just is. so, is yr question, is there a greater threat to make than 'i will kill you'? well, yeah . . . everyone has pretty much answered that one.

Being in such a state that you cannot do anything for yourself. Someone having to feed you, bath you, you put a bed pan under you, wipe you, put you to bed, prop you up and carry you anywhere you go.
