when at a stop and ready to take off it bearly goes 5 mph and then slowly goes up but when its to about 35-40 its fine. so its only when i take of it bearly even goes .i really need this help please!!!

It's difficult of course to give you an online diagnosis without actually troubleshooting your car but, what you're describing sounds like it could be a carburetor problem where the vaporized fuel is not getting mixed properly with air to produce the right combustible or explosive mixture.
Could be a dirty carburetor.
As you can probably guess, only a mechanic with the proper equipment will be able to make the proper adjustments so you can get optimum performance out of your fuel system.

If it's an automatic trans, the symptoms you describe match a free wheeeling torque converter stator. The torque converter needs replacement if that's the cause.

Could also be the transmission starting off in the wrong gear (if it's automatic)

replace the fuel filter, here is where the fuel filter is located UNDER VEHICLE, DRIVER SIDE, BELOW SEATING AREA, DRIVER SIDE OF TRANSMISSION, MOUNTED ON FRAME RAIL IN FUEL LINE
when u take it out, slightly pound it on the ground to see if little black things fall out, if so, you need to buy all new fuel line.
