I wish you were clear in your question. What do you want to say? You mention your gf masturbating ...Then what do you mean by how to do it? ask her how she is or was doing it. It will not affect any one's sex life. But tell your gf that whenever she feels the urge she can call you and you go and satisfy her...It is that simple..... Look..... you seem to be concerned only with the physical aspects. But why don't you think about the moral implications of such things...How it affects one mentally... so it is better to exercise some restraint in all these things but such advice nobody is going to give you and even if any one gives such advise you people are not going to listen.

Masterbating is natural..nothing wrong with bringing on a good feeling but of course sex is much better. So it cant affect your sex life unless you are a very crappy sex partner.
