i put on foundation to even out my skin tone (coz i do have some pimple scars, although they are fading now), then i use powder, coz i have oily skin, and yeah, i use mascara to enhance my eyes and red liptint to have some color (i have white skin which sometimes look pale). is that too much?

Well, I can say that other women put on much more than that. Since you mentioned that you have scars, and pimples. Concealer is a must. It's a great thing to use, when we have those famous breakouts. But you should put on the concealer after you put on your foundation. By putting it on before the make-up, it helps eliminate the concealer being rubbed off when applying the make up. Make-up should hide the face, it should enhance it. So, too much make up isn't good. Plus, it's not good for the skin either. Keep the routine of putting on make-up simple, and feel confident about it.

When you're listing all your make up, of course it feels like it's a lot but to really tell it's a lot, you can tell by simply looking at your face in a mirror in good lighting, if it looks cakey, or if you look older than your age--it's too much.
But yours is the bare minimum. All you do is enhance your own features which is what make up is generally used for. I mean you use face stuff for your bare canvas [completely fine], mascara to enhance lashes and for them to appear longer and fuller, and red lip tint for your own lips to look red but not lipsticky...I think you're make up is definitely not 'too much' fairly natural

No that's not too much at all. All people probably put that amount if not more. Just make sure you don't pile up the foundation and powder so that it ends up looking like a cake.

try not to use the red tint since you have pale-white skin...light pink or clear is fine...but red might be a bit much. the rest is fine but dont go heavy on the mascara. Hope I helped!

too much makeup is when you look like a clown with lots of colors. basically, all you need is foundation and conceleur, eyebrow pencil, mascara, eye shadow, eyeliner, blush, lip stick, gloss, white eyeliner. that's a lot. but you can make it look natural using skin tone eyeshadow. too much makeup is when you use weird color too excessively.

It doesn't sound too much to me. Just don't use too much powder and maybe it would look more natural if you start using some rose or beige lip gloss instead of red lip tint.

The best makeup is the least amount.
The first concern is basic skin care - Natural is best, sometimes better.
If you must wear: concealer under eyes, lipstick, bit of eye shadow, touch of blush

i don't think you need TWO layes of foundation.
two layers of anything might be a good indication that maybe you are in fact using too much...
just a thought.
