I personally feel MUMBAI is the place to head for......as far as fun and partying are concerned........
GOA is a good option too.......
.and if its out of CITY limits........ can the himalayas, the tourist locations, natural reserves, or the backwaters of KERALA be left behind?
IF u r in INDIA and u have ENOUGH money.......the fun & party is waiting for u everywhere.....................
and dont forget to invite me.

INDIA ? could you pick a more overpopulated spot ? It's a--hole to elbow there, 8 sq ft per person. Must smell like a barn yard, no wonder they burn so much incense
