dont understad whats wrong with me, now I am getting dizzy spells what should I do Is this a stomach virus and could this be something seriouse where i should go the hospital? I just started getting dizzy of and on?

i often have stomach pains also but normally they go off after 1 or 2 days. in your case, maybe you can take some medicine for stomach pain first (if you have it). after that monitor your condition. if it doesnt turn well, it's best you consult a doctor. take care.
