If she doesn't feel comfortable with her doctor then maybe she should change to another one. Goto a female doctor instead.

Find out from your wife the reason for her uneasiness with the doctor. It could be perfectly innocent or the doctor could be taking advantage. You will only know if you ask. Your wife should feel comfortable with you.
By the way what is stopping you from changing the doctor? Isn't there a female doctor available?

go she is either uncomfortable with the doctor, maybe he touched her in an area that she didnt like his touch, either go or get another doctor
