I'm curious are their any supplements that can be taken that will decrease heart rate? I know excercise is the main remedy for this, but I'm curious if their are natural ways through supplements to do this? I'd like to get my resting heart rate down in the low 70's to mid-60's. Presently now it resides in the window of 85-96 bpm and this is during the day. At night i'm sure it gets down to 78-82 bpm.

Garlic is supposed to be good for your heart. Red pepper is good for you, but I don't know if it has much effect on the heart. I think exercise is the best remedy, but it helps to take garlic supplements or something like that. Good night!
