our teacher tell us to write a diary everyday, but there is noting happening today so..... what king of story should I make up?

Dear Diary,
Today was the greatest day!!!My mom said I could get a puppy and my dad just got a new car!!!My cousin also spent the night.Then before she came to my house we went swimming in her pool!!!We also went to the mall and my mom gave me and my cousin $100.00 to spend there!!!Oh ya we also got a scary movie to watch tonight!!!After that my aunt brought up my baby cousin because my aunt just wanted to visit with my mother.Well I must get back to plaing my vidio game with my cousin.

More important than what you do is what you think or feel that day. Observe what's going on around you. What are your feelings, thoughts, questions, or responses to it? Does it remind you of something else?
Go with the flow and you may be surprised at what you write and how much you end up writing.
You might be surprised at what you write about yourself.
Reading your diary year or more from now can reflect who you are now, who you were then, and how you've changed or stayed the same.
Diaries can be fun and useful. Enjoy!

well, a diary is supposed to be about your experiences and if you make something up that wouldn't be cool. I think you should be honest and write about your boring day. If nothing happened, express how that made you feel or how you felt about writing in a diary when nothing happened to you - that could be rather interesting. so go for it!

go the reverse. Since there is nothing interesting write about how important exciting days are since most days are very bland. Go in depth about your daily routine. Most people can relate to a routine and people like to hear about subtle joys in one's life specialy in a diary format. I think if you went there and really applied yourself you could come off with a hit above any other. Good luck.

I know, I know... write about how you used yahoo answers to do the job for you and got more results than you thought, not all helpful but what the heck, it's just a page on your diary (at least it's true)

Write about coming here to ask random people to make up a story but in the mist of your quest you realize it's better to do your own work cause it will expand your horizon and make you a better person.
Or you could write about going to the mall and meeting up with some friends to see a movie.

I wouldnt make up a story, just write about the nothing that happens, or wait til the evening, maybe somethings goign to happen. Or maybe write about what happened in the TV series that you watched, whatever!

well its hard to help someone lie about a day of their life when you don't know someone so i say just write about what when on today and as ur writing it you will see somethings that you can change to be just a bit more interesting like .... i was watching the real world when my brother came and snatched the remote from me and i hit him, could get changed to; as i sat in the living room contemplating the meaning of my existence, my underage antagonizer decides to invade my personal space, so as a consequence for his behavior i hurled a book at his head, all it takes is words to make a bland sentence seem interesting even though its about you smacking ur bro! you get it?

Theres is always something to write about. Think about the future, what you want , where you want to go, write about that. Talk about your dreams and aspirations, or just write the basics, u went to the park, u got a intresting phone call, your mom said this and it made you think, you saw something on the news that made you think , maybe u saw a UFO and now u know they do exist .. :) or maybe they dont ... hmmmmm :-X

If it's a diary, don't make stuff up! If nothing is happening, write that down.
