What is suppose to be in the WTC Memorial?

On the WTC Memorial website, there are renderings of what it will look like from ground level. If you go to the finalists part of the website, there's more detailed information. Below ground there will be waterfalls and a long "ribbon" of steel with the victims' names inscribed on it. It sounds really beautiful.
