I have read all his novels and short stories, I found Hound of Baskervilles the very best. Neverthless all his stories are excellent.

There would hardly be any person who does not find Holmes interesting.
Imagine hundred years ago, when Connan Doyle put an end to this fictional character, hundreds of letter forced him to make a re-entry to his character.
Still many of his readers write to 12, Baker Street
This incident makes it clear about the admiration the character has recieved.

Loved the Hound of the Baskervilles, The Three Garridebs, The Silver Blaze.

Like reading about him, admire his brains, admire Doctor Watson for putting up with one of the most annoying human beings who ever lived.

Who does not ? If some one does not , you are assured that particular individual is without grey cells in the right place.Everything about holmes is timeless. To put "when you have eliminated the impossible, however improbable,it must be TRUTH".A great revelation .Heard there is holmes fan club in London.Someone give me the web address.
