Is it because of the influence of Gang guys going together to school with them, or because they want to hang out and act like crimminals, or just because they get easily spoiled and manipulated?

You mean the ghetto girls? Their nuts I went out with one, she's filipino, and everytime i screw up her friend would slap the hell out of me. But I still miss her...:(

Because the ones that you are referring too probably weren't brought up in a structured environment. These days kids are so spoiled and talk to their parents like crap...these same ones tend to act like you are saying.
