i lost my insurance (car) and i was on my way to get it and i had a few stops to make on my way (literally on my was so i wouldn't have to back track) and as i was pulling out of a parking space doing maybe 5 mph a huge red truck came out of nowhere and hit the nose of my car. this truck was going really fast. he literally knocked my car side by side his and you can tell by the way my car was all screwed up. the passengers side of his truck hit the front drivers side of my car. the impact was so hard that the pass angers side of my car was totaled. he destroyed my transmission. my head hit his truck. i have never taken a blow to the head like that and my head hurt all day long that day.lets just say my boss told me i didn't have to come to work that day but because i was a single mom i told her i have no choice because i got bills to pay and rent and now all this crap that i have to face so i went to work and i cant count how many times i felt like i was going to hit the ground. anyways at the scene of the accident one of the business that were there, one of the employees went and picked up the other drivers wife because they had to transport him to the hospital and she had to DRIVE the truck home. my car was not drivable. you could start it but it would not drive. i had to have it towed home. i had that car for 2 1/2 years only had the title 8 months when this happened. i paid $5000.00 for this car it took my 2 years to pay it off and i sold it for $100.00. now because of this accident i have no driving privileges and my license is suspended indefinitely unless i pay $20000.00. i know i should have had insurance, but i had no one at the time and the only way to get it reinstated was to go down there and i had no choice but to take myself. 2004 was the worst year of my life because that is not the only bad thing to happen. only the worst.
