of course you can different computers use different software and different settings that might not like your settings and a new file might be writen to help between the two computers but in actually it is writing the virus henst a bad flubbed file that did not work to link the two computers together or gain information from your computer knowingly or not knowingly or control of your computer

Yes, if a virus is made specifically for a PSP, then it could be downloaded and cause problems. As far as I know, no one has created one yet, but don't take my word for it.
