It would have to be an enormous inflatable suit. The TV program mythbusters worked out how much it would take to lift a person - and the result was the biggest thing they had ever built. i cant remember how large, but it was as big as the huge warehouse they built it in. Add 200lb more and the helium lifter would only have to be much vaster. This is in air though - water would need less, but even without calculating, it would still be a big old inflatable suit!

It takes a hell of a lot of helium to lift a human. It would take hundreds of balloons filled with helium to lift a couple of pounds. I'm suggesting balloons because this suit which you speak of is probably heavier than the rubber in balloons.
It would take thousands of balloons to lift a person, and probably twice as many with the 200 pounds of weights.

just how big is an xl "helium inflated suit" much less an xxxxxl one?
