what elmondo said....... but its either, your ram, a service, a driver, or a program, causing a memory leak

i would start by re-service packing the machine
then i would go to the bios, and turn off all the shadow ram
then i would uninstall anything like avg/google desktop/ your mobile phoine software, all the junk that runs on startup, also adobe.. quick time

after that just google yor error code

99 times out of 100, it's caused by memory stick related problems.

Try taking one stick out at a time (if you have 2 or more) or try and borrow someone elses memory and try them in your PC.

When you get the "Blue Screen of Death", you should get an error message like i.e ***STOP: 0x00000024 (0x00000000, 0x00000000x, 0xf7adc2c3). If you write your error stop number down ( exactly like the one I gave you above) and e-mail me it, I can then tell you exactly what the problem is.

I can be e-maild via my profile.

If your CPU time is high then it could be a poorly seated heatsink on the processor or the processor fan.

The battery maintaining the BIOS could be failing.

The hard drive is about to fail.
