We have named everything in the visible spectrum, so anything that we would percieve as color would be identified as such.

We could, however, imagine being able to see in different forms other than light - but as you state, these wouldn't likely strike us as being colors.

The brain can only imagine something that it has an idea of. Something that the eyes have never seen, nor the ears have ever heard of... can definately not be imagined either.

For e.g. If a person was shut down in a room since the day he was born and had no access to ANY sort of media, do you think he could have ever imagined a RAINBOW?

Human vision is restricted to what we call the "visible spectrum" (which means visible to us, a kind of anthropomorphic definition if you ask me), but we know about and can measure other parts of the spectrum and even take pictures using special films. For example, think of UV (ultraviolet) and infrared or even X-rays.
Or perhaps you mean some combination of light rays that falls between red and blue but for which no one has yet come up with a name, like "purnge" (purple + orange)?
