WHY & WHY DO PEOPLES OPEN THEIR BLUETOOTH IN ANY TIME SPECIALLY IN MALL,SUPERMARKET ETC.

Most likely because they are using it (earphones), or maybe because they think they can receive files, mp3-s. This is not possible of course, since noone can send/receive anything from a phone unless they are pared. The thing is that you can find more bluetooth connections in a mall, because there are more people there than in any other place.

Because they want to receive things(music, MP.3 ,videos and pictures) from other people.

because either they want to fool around by sending unwanted sms to all or they are ignorant enough to know that this can also get their cells attacked by mobile virus programmes from infected phones
