If you answer a question and the quesiton gets removed, then yes, you do keep the points. It's happened to me many times.

If you answer a question and the answer gets removed, I would guess you have points taken away, but that has not happened to me.

I answered a question the other day and it got deleted. I don't know why. I was just trying to be controversial. Controversy is good. It stimulates debate which makes people think. And maybe some dumbass can learn something. Oh, Yahoo community. What are you afraid of? I'm afraid of sharks.

If your answer gets in before the question is removed you keep the points! If it gets removed while you are typing an answer no points :( If you answer gets removed so do your 2 points :( If you delete your answer bye bye 2 points :( Better to edit still keep your points :)
