I have decided to start a C Corp and I am from a minority ethnic group alien(foreigner, but legal in the US).
1. Can I incorporate a minority owned corporation.
2. What are the advantages/disadvantages.
3. If 1 is yes, then how do I incorporate a minority owned biz. Please do not direct me to score/sba- this I know, but want to know exact forms etc I need to fill and to send to what agencies.
