If the suit was inflated you'd bob on top of the water with most of the suit above the water. Say you weigh 150 lb, and your density is about that of water. Then the suit with 20 x your volume would need a weight of about 3000 lb to sink it, vs the actual weight of only 350 lb plus the weight of the suit alone. The volume of the inflated suit is about 48 cubic feet, since your volume is about 150/63 or 2.4 cubic feet (one cubic foot of water weighs about 63 lb). However that volume is not enough to float in air, which only weighs about 1.25 ounce per cubic foot. The helium will have a buoyancy of about 1.1 ounce per cubic foot for a total lift of only about 3.3 lb.
