Where are you heading to in Thailand? If you are heading to the big cities like Bangkok, Chiangmai, Pattaya, there is no real need for any shots. Only thing you will need will be anti-malaria pills. Other than this, the cities are quite clean.

Most cities have some type of community health center where these vaccines are available. I would just call any health clinic and ask where the closest place is that has the shots you need. If you have a family practice physician that you see, I would call his office and ask them.
