Is there a special term for that kind of thing? I saw another celebrity wearing something similar so it must not be too uncommon. I tried Googling "mini vest" and "half length vest" but nothing came up. What is it called? Does it have some special name?

They are called shrugs :) seriously.... lol...they call them that because when you shrug thats the only are that moves... lol... I hope that helps though!

i dont know but i saw a vest just like that at macy's last week. I saw a leather one of those in a magazine a while ago i think they called it like a.. braziere vest or something weird. look at macy's vests though

it looks gay its like a poor person cut a loose singlet while they were drunk they used funny material i mean you could have told a four year old a task exactly like this and doing so it would turn out way better shop at galleria and you may come across it or even ruby...
