Our air handler is in the actic and has been wet inside. Then one line stopped up, the other was not run out side so it leaked in the wall. Now we have a big mess.

The first line is your primary drain and sometimes they do get plugged up.

The second line is called the secondary or Aux. drain line. I work for a heating/cooling contractor and we usually add a small metal pan under the secondary drain with a float switch so if the first drain fails the second will catch the water and trip the float switch. That way it shuts your unit off all together and lets you know there is a problem before you have a big mess.

You have 2 drain lines for your a/c, The main line is stopped causing the Emergency line, "the one that runs outside" to drain the water, If if wernt for that, You would have a lot of sheetrock damage in your house. The line can be blown out with compressed air

Sounds like your condensation line needs repair. Fix it & then leave the fan running to help dry out.
