If a girl didn't like me and I liked her I'd prefer her to say something along the lines of "You're a good friend, but I don't think we would work out together". Whatever, as long as it isn't mean. Absolutely don't be mean or make him feel bad or embarrassed about it!!! That can scar him for awhile from asking other girls out if he's a romantic.

SAy you gave your number to some other cute guy and your waiting to hear back, That's a pretty black and white response to let him know without terribly hurting his feelings, I've had girls do that kind of stuff to me before.
Or you could just ignore him, If that doesn't work then you might have to take this route

Find one that you like. Whats the point in focusing on who you don't like. Or you could make him dislike you, so that the feeling is mutual. Try pouring a carton of milk on his head, or insulting him in front of his friends. I guarantee he won't like you much after that.

Start acting all schitzo to freak him out, like pretend that you hear voices or act like you're being bombarded by birds or some other crazy sh*t. I bet that'll put him off.

what do you do?..i guess the best answer is do whatever it takes to make him notice you, dress to kill, do well in class, buy your friends lunch, and write him short notes without actually signing your name in, make anonymous calls..u know, there are lots of special things u could do...just dont sit back and do nothin, better u try and fail than fail without trying, u never know, he could actually get to like u, men are born that way, take adavantage of that....
