No one country can run the UN. That would mean that one country has control over all others.

Although the US is powerful, they haven't reached the level of world-control force yet.

I think that's Bush's wet dream, however.

Let's have the UN get the hell OUT of the US and go to some shithole third world country. Then let's see how well that country is about "diplomatic immunity" and other bullshit that protects criminal activity.
