he is really stuck-up to other people, but nice to me. he is really cute. my friends clame that they saw him with another girl, but they say that about every boy they dont like. shoould i dump him, or keep?

you should make all your own decisions, and do what your heart tells you to, not your friends. Your guy sounds like he is insecure about your relationship with him. I mean if he is being rude to people when they are near you he is jealous and on some level thinks they will take you away from him. Reassure him, when he is being rude to someone that you like him and chose him.
