Unless your friend has had sets of twins to total 5 kids by the age of 15 this sounds a little off.
And in most states you have to be 16 yrs old to get married even with a parents signature.
While this is a hard question to even believe I will tell you this.
Your friend is a disaster looking for a place to happen. She has brought all of this on herself. I have no sympathy for her.
But I am sure that all of our tax payer dollars are supporting her and her children.
Sounds like your friend needs to learn how to keep her legs closed. Have her tubes tied. And probably give her children up for adoption so that they have a fighting chance at normal lives.

I think your friend is much older than you by the looks of your spelling ability. You should tell her mom she's married, yes, tattle on her, then find yourself some friends in your own elementary school who aren't sexually active. You have your entire adult life with your husband/wife for that kind of activity, but only a few short years to be a child, enjoy GI Joe's and barbies while you can. For yourself, don't follow in her footsteps, save adult things to the adults. Be a child and enjoy the freedom that comes with it... freedom from jobs, bills, stress, etc.

My only suggestion is to get your friend some serious mental help. Take her to a shrink ASAP. I'm tired of my tax dollars going to support the children of parents who have no idea how to be responsible and use common sense!!!!! The best thing to do is to get her to a clinic for some mental help.
