when i jack off, sometimes it shoots out and sometimes it just flows out, how do i get it to shoot out more?

Just don't do it as often! Skip a few days and you'll have a more powerful eruption because more semen has built up. No rocket science there eh? Of course that super good feeling we get when we ejaculate will last longer too. Another thing you can do is jack off until you feel your ejaculation approaching and then stopping for a couple of minutes and then continuing. Do that several times and the ejaculation should be more powerful than if you just had a quickie.

don't jack off for a week or two. at the point of ejaculation, stop for a few moments, do this a few times, eventually when you do come stand well clear
