Yes. Put the jeans in the freezer and the gum will crack. Then possibly some alcohol to dissolve the stain.

The best way to get rid of gum is to take printer paper and place it over the gum spot. Then take a nice hot iron and go over it. Its amazing how quick it will disappear, well not diappear but end up on the piece of paper. Trust me on this one, I would know by experience.
