Basically, America had record heat breaking temps this year.
I'm wondering what would be the global climate consequence if Iran NUKES Israel and Israel counterattacks against Iran...?

I don't see how Israel and Iran using nukes against each other would be much more devastating than the typical nuclear tests the Department of Energy conducted in the past.

I'm just hoping that if they do nuke each other - all that talk about nuclear winter will only result in America's summers being a little cooler.

If they do attack one another, I have a 50 inch Plasma and I think the war would look great in HD.

I know what I'm asking seems a bit cold. But honestly, I've been so desensitized by the media since 9/11 onwards that I honestly don't give a f*cking sh!t anymore. 1000 dead lebanese, 150 dead Israeli's, 230,000 dead Iraqis...Gas is $3.20 a gallon, my insurance on my escalade rose, my mortgage is $1700 a month... I'm just burned out. An emotional wreck

I doubt it. In fact due to chaos theory, nukings on the other side of the world, might make things warmer for us.

1) You don't see how it would be more devastating? Israel has nuclear weapons of a power far greater than many of the tests you're likely thinking about (perhaps you're well informed and know something of more recent times, but that's rare, sorry). Israel would probably not launch just one nuke in response to a nuclear attack by iran. You wouldn't be seeing a single nuke go off, you'd see more than you could possibly want to (and why would you want to see that happen to people?). 1 isn't as devasting and 40 that are more powerful ... that's how it'd be more devastating

2) You're not going to get your 3 degrees off your summer heat. 3 degrees off would cause huge environmental problems anyway. Of course these "problems" have been faced countless times (the climate never stops changing), but hey, mass climate change prompts all sorts of extinction and then evolution. Think we should give up being #1 so the next big thing can evolve?
It could be the whole nuclear winter thing, or it could be a slight change (which would cause drastic changes), or it could be a big dust storm in northern africa and the middle east. That's something only insanely smart scientists can guess at with anything more than pure guesswork.

3) O really now ... blame the media for EVERYTHING. I question complaints about the price of gas while you drive an escalade. Also ... the money spent on a 50 inch plasma tv could get a ton of gas, no?

Your additional details say a lot more than your original message. I'm with you that America and its soldiers, and civilizans in the U.S. and Middle East have had to suffer too much because of the governments there. It almost begins to feel like a game rather than a real-life situation for millions.

It sure sounds like a win-win situation for us.
