I am tring to get some help the mrs. and I are kinda in a rut with the bed room it is good but I would like to pleace her and she is not in to telling me what she wants can you give me some pointers that will help me give her the ride of her life.

Okay, I am not a woman, but I feel I may have something to say on the matter. First off...everyone is different. What turns one woman on may not work for another. So the fact that you're only asking women what to do doesnt' seem to be the best approach. If you wife doesn't want to tell you I think the best thing to do is a bit of experimenting. I'm not talking about bringing whips in chains in the mix right away, I mean something more like this...
While engaged in foreplay, pay attention to her responses. Unless she is a total cold fish you should be able to figure out what is working for her. Does she like her nipples pinched or softly flicked by the tongue? Look for the clues in her mannerisms...her breathing, the tightening of her muscles. Does she grip you back a bit harder when you nibble on her neck? Those kind of things? Do you understand what I'm trying to say?

It's not just about the RIDE! Love her by talking, making a dinner, taking over something that she normally does. It may seem like a lot of effort but treat her like a queen. If you stroke her heart and mind you'll have a much more aggresive, talkative, sexual partner. She needs to feel loved in her mind before her body! And if all else fails make sure you refill her wine glass enough to really relax her !!!:) Have fun.

Some women get kind of wierd about talking during sex/intimacy, so I would suggest asking her, but casually not while in the bedroom. Tell her that while you want nothing more than for her to be happy, you can't read her mind and would like to know what you could do differently...

Sometimes when men think that it is a problem is the bedroom it usually starts somewere else first. The thing to do is treat her like she is your lady befire you want to go to the bedroom because if she only gets treated nice in the bedroomYou will Love her but you won't like herbecause she will change on you quicker than you think

take ur time, start of very passionate and slow.. taking notice of every part of her body slowly.. (teasing) then build up slowly as u are making love, then by the end u should be tossing her all over the bed in any which way , having ur way with her.. building up to a hot sweaty run....
