I also live in China and was very impressed by the terracotta warriors but China's history is a bit too long for a message like this try a google search or Encarta. It's the smaller less famous places I like The modern buildings and people are just as interesting

ENGINEERING KOOLHAAS

i work in china [live in the uk] if you come visit the great wall and the summer place in beijing, i wasnt impressed with the terracotta army.
