Great question. They shouldn't have to be.
It is not the job of one country to spread Democracy all over the world. No ruthless dictator (read: Saddam Hussein) can survive unless his country's population (read: Iraqis) allow him to.

Not babysitter, policeman. Your government makes rules and demands that you have to enforce. Some countries don't like being a bit part in you big picture. Welcome to the bed those idiots you didn't vote for have made for you. Think you might get off your *** next time and struggle down to the polling station and give some thought about what's for before you are defending the shrubs right to wrong in some far away land.

Because the rest of the world can't seem to handle it's own sh!t. They whine and complain about 'the big bad USA' until they need help. We may not always be wanted...but we are definately needed!

economic reasons babysittes make money watching tv and adding expenses to the homeowners house while america does the same thing to the world

No other country cares for the upliftment of poor countries. Only USA has the money and resources to babysit another country.
