I want to know more about coffee because I like it and some told me maybe i can get pressure

There are no 'diseases' caused by drinking too much coffee. There are certain effects caused to the body if you drink too much, but since those effects stop if you cut down, they are not diseases.
Recent studies have shown that people who drink 5-6 cups of coffee per day have lower risk of developing diabetes.
10 cups a day is really quite a lot---but if you feel okay, I wouldn't worry about it. The caffiene can cause heart racing/palpitations, which aren't dangerous, but feel funny. As for the high blood pressure, unless a doctor has actually told you you have high blood pressure, don't worry about it. I drink about 4-6 cups per day, and my blood pressure is low and healthy.

...don't know. I better find out, because that is how many cups I drink!
