The other end of it, is if you are short and talking to a taller person you have to put your head back and look up, that is if you making normal eye contact during your conversation.

There's no real issue, people come in all shapes and sizes. But if you are bothered, then during longer conversations, get everyone to sit down. Sitting is the best leveller and you're more relaxed anyway.
