if your question is, who is the best realtor in Tampa?
The answer is the same anywhere
The best Realtor for you, is the one who gets you what you want , professionally, ethically, profitably, smoothly and in a timely fashion.
Nolw how do you find this person;
That is the magic question
My suggestion would be to write down exactly what it is that you want from your real estate experience, and from the transaction you are about to enter into, once you have clarity as to what it is that you are seeking, it becomes much easier to find a good fit with the type of services you need, by which it becomes a matter of interviewing suitable candidates for the job and relationship
Finding a great agent is like finding a great doctor, or a great accountant, if the agent can add value to your life and dreams in a matter consistent with your parameters, you have likely found the right agent.
Talk to the people you trust and respect, and ask them who they recommend, and trust with their real estate decisions, ver quickly you will have a short list of 5 to ten agents, let them apply for the position and be honest and clear about your expectations, you do not have to love the person, but you should trust them in their field of expertise.
Good Luck, with all your real estate dreams

Hi Barbara,
I don't think anyone has the answer to that question. The best Realtor is someone you feel comfortable working with. Searching for a home can take 1 month or 1 year, same with selling a home. You will need to be able to depend on them, know that they will communicate with you and have your best interest in mind. Ask for references. Ask to speak with sellers/and or buyers they are currently working with. If you are thinking of listing your home wouldn't you want to speak with someone who the Realtor is currently marketing their home? The same on the buying side. Ask how they communicate, if they are ethical, if they are trustworthy.
I would welcome the opportunity to help you in any way I can. You can visit my website at http://www.TampaBayDwellings.com to learn more about us. Or visit my Blog at http://sellingtampahomes.blogspot.com/
Hope this helps!
