I generally try a variety of things with pizza, but tend to also keep things simple with regards to what works on the crust:
--Thin crust....for this I usually get either Double Pepperoni & Extra Cheese or Double Sausage & Extra Cheese.
--Traditional or hand-tossed...either the Thin Crust stuff above, or I will try a specialty pizza, usually an All Meats type of thing or if the place does it a Bacon Cheeseburger style....
--Pan/Deep Dish...for some reason I seem more willing to experiment with the veggies on this one. Mainly with the Peppers and the Pineapple. Just skip the *mushrooms* please, I am not fond of fungus in my food....:P
Ultimate Pizza for me....Hmmm....
Pan or Deep Dish....with Double Ham, Double Pepperoni, Green Bell Pepper *Rings* and Pineapple *Rings* as well, with Extra Cheese (seems like most places really wanna skimp on the cheese, you almost have to order Extra Cheese to get a normal amount of coverage with the cheese).
Oh, and on that Ultimate above...got to hit the pizza with the spices, with the Oregano and the Garlic and the Parmesan...got to. ^_^ Just saying.

I have my local pizza place replace the pizza sauce with ranch dressing, top that with cheese and chunks of chicken. YUMMY!

Olives; mushrooms; bell peppers; onions; cheese of course; light sauce. Preferably vegetarian.
