I think the girls who dress sexy are trying to make the other girls jealous....Also to boost their own self esteem. Most guys don't care how a girl is dressed, if she is willing to go home with them!

I think they dress sexy to impress guys and to make girls who don't do well at dressing sexy jealous which i think is very mean!!

Girls do it to get guys which in turn makes other girls jealous...so I guess both.

Way back when, when I used to be sexy, I dressed like that 'cause I was proud that I WAS sexy. Those were the days.

Well, it depends, some girls dress to get guys' attention and others dress to express themselves while some dress to make their peers jealous.

If they dress sexy just to go out - it is purely for showing off. If they dress that way inside their home and normally it is just for them.

Both, and I don't think they should. Obviously they're just pretending to be that way to get guys or get them back, and if the guy didn't want you in the first place then he's not worth it. You want someone who likes you for who you are, not because you act likea swimsuit model. So yea I think it's true.

i love this question. i am from cali so im sure you know some cali girls are not to nice sometimes..especially from orange county, so my thought on this is kinda both. i think its more i do it sometimes to make boys girlfriend jelous..like when you walk in a room and a guy looks at you with that look wiht his girl next to him...yeah that is how i figure out if i a guy is a true scum bag...other wise sometimes there are girls who i just dont like and i know im prettier...
